At Jusbong our aim is to get your parcel to you promptly and safely. We are making some changes to our shipping methods to ensure the process is speedy and hassle free for our customers.

Please note all our parcels are sent in discreet packaging with no mentions of Jusbong or the contents.

Shipping time frame

We generally are able to ship same day for orders placed before around 12pm. We can only ship on week days excluding public holidays. Mondays are a very busy day for us and depending on the volume of orders we may not get all orders out on Monday. We make no guarantee on shipping time frames but generally can get most orders out same day or if that is not possible, next day.

Australia post do not work weekends

Shipping costs 

The price of shipping is determined by the size of your parcel and can vary quite a bit.Your shipping price will be calculated at checkout. We do not charge for postage and handling of the goods being sent.

Shipping methods 

All parcels that don't contain a lighter are shipped via Australia post parcel post with tracking. Express post can be selected at checkout. Express postage costs can vary and be quite expensive, especially to places like W.A or NT, Tas. We wear some of the cost of shipping express but it still can be expensive. 

Shipping times 

Shipping times can vary greatly depending on your location and the size of your parcel, we tell our customers to allow 2-5 business days for a standard size parcel and up to 10 business days for very large parcels and remote areas.

Shipping times vary according to Australia post and sometimes conditions such as the weather etc.

Tracking 

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed through to your email address within 24 hours, If you haven’t received an email  and have checked your junk mail don’t hesitate to email us requesting one.

Signature required and Authority to leave

All of our parcels are sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED this is to avoid anything going missing you can of course leave a note in the customer notes requesting for it to be left without a signature but please note you do this at your own risk and Jusbong and the postal service is not liable if this is to go missing. Australia post will leave a calling card for collection from the post office if you aren’t home.
